Hey there!

Me and Lisa have been training and basing ourselves in Stellenbosch, South Africa since beginning of december. So Christmas and New Years was spent here. A bit strange but I we actually enjoyed it very much.

Why South Africa and Stellenbosch? Mainly because Lisa has her training group (D-Squad) here but hey, I didn´t mind AT ALL! I think its one of the best places you can be at as a mtb:er. The trails are unreal! Training has been going very well for both of us and being here instead of in Sweden when preparing for a tough season helps…
